Julia Chiappetta is the owner of Julia Chiappetta Consulting (JCC Group, LLC), with 25+ years of global experience creating meetings, events, and unique business development campaigns for her clients. Julia is a visionary, writer and problem solver, whose life took a turn twenty-four years ago when she heard the words “you have cancer.” Facing her diagnosis head on, she began researching alternative therapies, which she implemented. Five years later she published Breast Cancer-the notebook, (Gemini Media 2005), to encourage others to become the CEO over their own body and seek answers for optimal healing. She sits on boards for: Greenwich Christian Preschool, Best Answers for Cancer, The Board of Health, Greenwich, Connecticut. Notable engagements include two invitations to The White House by First Lady Laura Bush’s team to discuss breast health education to communities with focus on diet and lifestyle choices. She has appeared on: Fox News, NBC, CBS, several radio broadcasts and interviewed by: Vogue, Shape, Self, Natural Health, Breast Cancer Magazine & Nature, and Health Australia, to name a few. She also released a video series on YouTube called Julia the Conqueror. At present she writes Health & Wellness columns for various publications, works as a director for The Appleseed Project, plays pickleball and remains committed to blending a healthy lifestyle into all aspects of her life.
