Summary: In a population-based, case-control study involving 3,454 incident breast cancer cases and 3,474 controls, results indicate that supplementation with vitamins B and E may exert a protective effect against breast cancer among women with low dietary intake of vitamins B and E.
Using unconditional logistic regression models, vitamin E supplement use among women with low dietary intake of vitamin E was associated with a 20% reduced risk of breast cancer. Similarly, vitamin B supplement use among women with low dietary vitamin B intake was associated with a 20% reduced risk of breast cancer.
Thus, the authors conclude, "This study suggests that vitamins E and B supplements may confer protection against breast cancer among women who have low dietary intake of those vitamins."

Ann's NOTE: Combining nutrients is the keystone of our concept for health. A human body needs many nutrients, eat a variety of fruits and vegetables - all colors, EVERY DAY. Combine that with some physical movement/exercise, some relaxation, and a detox. Then supplement as you need (an individual circumstance).
