1. Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, back straight, neck relaxed. Focus your eyes forward and breathe deeply.
2. Bring your hands to the front of your lower belly, about 5 inches away. Keep your shoulders rounded, slightly forward and down. Hold this position for 2 minutes, focusing on a connection between your hands and your lower belly.
3.Inhale and bring your hands up and away from your body until they are round and level with your chest (visualize holding a beach ball). Exhale and bend your legs 6 to 8 inches, bringing your hands down to starting position. Repeat 12 to 24 times.
4. Lower your arms to your sides and straighten, but don't lock, your knees. Breathe deeply for 2 minutes. Rub your palms together until they feel warm, then "wipe down" your entire body with long, soothing strokes, starting with your head and moving downward.
