Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura has just signed the Complementary and Alternative Health Care Bill HF-3839 into law effective July 1, 2001. The bill offers freedom to practice for a wide range of unlicensed alternative health practitioners who are willing to follow the rules and guidelines set forth in the new law.
