To do a Medline search, go to the PubMed, the NLM public search database at http://www4.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed/ Once there, you can narrow the number of hits you'll get by clicking on "limits" and detailing search fields, kind of publication (eg. only review articles), date of publication, only listings with abstracts, etc. Remember we are NOT Doctors and have NO medical training.
