This study looked at 628 men with prostate cancer comparing them to about the same number of men without.
The men all filled out food questionnaires for 3-5 years.
The study concluded that high consumption of vegetables, "particularly cruciferous" was associated with reduced risk of prostate cancer.

Ann's NOTE: We always suggest ORGANIC wherever possible. We firmly believe that what reduces risk can also help reduce new cancers or recurrence.
