"Here is some practical advice, a first step you can take to regenerate your own nerves. To do this, you’ll need to get your local healthfood store to special order you a pound of an herb called Hops. This is the same herb breweries use to make ale. The herb is healing to nerves and has, I believe, helpful hormonal effects in men and women.
Tell your local healthfood store to order hops blossoms, and tell the store you want the blossoms with the yellow pollen still in them. This is where the active ingredients are, and if you are not careful, you can get hops in which the active pollen has already been processed out, removed for use by the brewing industry. These are the kinds of details readers of my Course always get."
