It's called "Final Gifts" by Maggie Callanan and Patricia Kelley, it was the PERFECT guide for me, who had never been through this experience.  It talks about the stages of dying, both physically and spiritually, and you learn so much.  Please get it.  Hospice might have a copy to give you.  Don't go through this like a tourist in a foreign country who has not prepared for an incredible journey and because of it, misses so much.  I treasure the experience and that is good, because I will have to live with it all my days.
