"Castor oil compresses help to get toxins out of your body, especially the lymph. They did not make my tumor smaller but made it very soft. It opens and drains the lymphatic system.

Mark Konlee recommends using them on the thymus area, the liver and the speen. He also says it's been reported to increase White Blood Cell counts. Be sure to use cold pressed and store in a refrigerator after it's opened.

The newsletter, Postive Health News is on www.keephope.net or you can order it from Mark Konlee at PO Box 27041, West Allis, WI 53227 or call 414-548-4333. He does 2 a year and I think it costs about $15. He also has a monthly newsletter called Progressive Health News which is also at the website".

Soak a soft cotton or other natural fiber pad in the castor oil. The pad is soaked all the way through, nearly dripping. This can be reused. Just put it in a plastic bag and close it up tightly. When reusing add oil if necessary. Put this pad directly on the skin. Cover this with plastic so you reduce chance of getting oil on other things. Put a towel over the plastic and put a heating pad on top. The towel will keep the heat from the heating pad from getting too hot and keep the plastic and heating pad apart. You want the compress to be as warm as possible but you want to stay comfortable--don't get the heating pad too hot. Try the low heat for a while and if it seems too cool, put the heat up gradually. Generally these stay on for about an hour.

"If time is short, I find that rubbing the oil into the skin for a few minutes is very beneficial. I just wipe off the excess with a dry wash cloth and put clothing against the skin that I would not be overly concerned if it got stained. However, I have never had anything show a stain from castor oil and I have rubbed it into my lower back for years".
