Carolyn Kreibich's Method

I am still using cottage cheese for the time being until I find a guaranteed reliable substitute. It is the only dairy that I have, 1/2 cup lowfat organic.

For the time that it takes to prepare.... It takes me about two minutes. I dump 1/2 cup of low fat organic cottage cheese in my bowl, add one MSM pulled apart so the powder drops into the bowl, and 2 tablespoons of flax oil. I mix with my Braun stick mixer for about 15 seconds which will thoroughly mix it. Then I drop 2 tablespoons of flax seed into my coffee grinder. That takes about 10 seconds.

I dump that into my bowl, add lots of blueberries or raspberries and eat it right out of the same bowl. I only have to use my finger to clean the end of the Braun stick mixer and add it to my bowl.

That is my method and it is quick. That is my total breakfast. I feel uncomfortable about the dairy (1/2 cup), but I am waiting to find a substitute that is as successful.
