Some years ago, The Breast Cancer Fund sponsored an exhibit called Art.Rage.Us. It featured art, poetry, etc., from survivors of breast cancer.
The images were powerful, wonderful and very moving. Art can be made by professional or by 'regular' people who are so moved. It helps to release emotion, express all sorts of feelings, help others understand issues, and so much more.
We are gathering information on events, groups and techniques that can and have been used to help in recovery.
