I use the seeds after years of using the oil. I grind them about once a week, then store them in a glass jar in the freezer. I use about 1-2 Tbls. in my daily breakfast smoothie. I blend frozen organic berries, an organic banana, organic almond butter, a healthy dose of blue green algae, probiotics, enzymes, Microhydrin, and a little bit of organic fruit juice or rice milk together.
It's a delicious way to get my flax, and my green superfoods and probiotics in. This reduces the number of capsules I have to swallow every day. It's the meal I look forward to the most. Then I usually follow the smoothie with a cup of hot green tea, to offset the cold of the smoothie.
Just thought I'd toss my two cents into the mix.
