Dear Friends,
Prof. Douwes returned to Klinik St Georg today from
his all-too-brief 4-day holiday (his first in 2 years)
and did my new sonogram and fine needle biopsy.
As I expected, the new sonogram looks clean as a
whistle! For the biopsy, he put the needle in the
tiny spot where we last saw a few bad cells 10 days
ago. The biopsy results around next Friday and I
expect they should be fine also.
A month ago I had a 3.5 cm tumor that looked bad.
After 3 local hyperthermias (heat) and 2
galvanotherapies (tumor electrocution), there was only
a small spot left. Since then, I've had one more
galvano and 3 more hyperthermias. I'm done with the
galvanotherapies now and will just have the local
hyperthermias next week, plus immunotherapy (the
megavitamin infusions, thymus injections, massage,
foot reflexology, etc.) - and every day I have
BodyTalk or Reiki.
I cannot stress enough that I have had no surgery, no
radiation, and no chemotherapy (except one low-dose
injection directly into the tumor during a galvano,
with no systemic side effects whatsoever).
Miracles seem to be an everyday occurrence here at
Klinik St. Georg. Cures are always possible. At
"worst" what I see is tumors shrinking and the disease
kept under control.
The only cases I have seen here which have gone badly
have been patients who were so damaged by conventional
high-dose systemic chemotherapy and surgeries that
they arrived here in very bad shape, probably having
turned to alternatives far too late in the game.
Surgeries here are extremely rare, as little as
possible and only when absolutely necessary.
Chemotherapy is sometimes used, but in low doses and
in combination with treatments which maximize its
effect on the cancer cells while minimizing side
effects.
The aim of all treatments here is to destroy cancer
cells without damaging healthy tissue.
I am so grateful to have found this place and this
wonderful doctor. German cancer clinics such as this
one do amazing things, and from all reports I've heard
from patients who have tried other clinics, both in
Germany and Denmark, this is by far the best one.
I should add that if any of you decide to come to
Klinik St Georg for treatment, please contact me by
email. I will be glad to share information to help
you get settled in more efficiently. Ann's NOTE: You can reach LM through the project-hit our email button (front page) and we will forward your mail.
Thanks again for your lovely letters and warm support.
I'll let you know how that biopsy turns out. I have
no doubt that we'll beat this thing, and I believe my
trust is an important element in healing also.
Much love and light,
Liz Meyer
