March 3-5, 2011 - conference opens with an organic food reception on Thursday night.

Our focus remains on providing talks from many disciplines, including patients and their caregivers.

We like to cover five themes our organization promotes - (1) healthy eating, (2) physical movement/exercise, (3) relaxation/destress,(4) detoxify/cleanse home and self, and use of (5) Neutraceuticals (supplementation/herbs). That's because this is the backdrop for any further steps. Increasing one's own health and well-being opens the door to fight cancer. It also increases the ability to reduce risk of getting cancer, or recurrence.

We are especially proud of our ability to present information on so-called 'alternative' therapies. It is important to recognize that many already-accepted treatments came from the 'alternative' world - it just took WAY TOO LONG!

Therefore we have speakers on nutrition, yoga, qi gong and Lebed classes, mind-body-spirit connection, cleansing and safer products (both HBA and house-cleaning) and speakers on dietary supplements, Chinese and Western herbology, and more.

We also ask physicians to speak about their protocols and programs.

As always, we serve all organic food (everyone notices and remarks on the freshness and taste), offer networking opportunities galore, and a warm and welcoming environment.
